Wanting to start a family, sooner rather than later?

I’ve personally been on a natural fertility/conception journey for 5 years now. For the first few years, I was very desperate for it to happen and attached to the outcome. Each month, my hopes would build, only to receive another negative pregnancy test result. After about 3 years of trying naturally, I began to feel disheartened, and full of fear and doubt.
Fast forward a couple of years later and I’m still not a Mum (or pregnant), but I’m no longer desperate for it to happen, hoping that becoming a Mum will complete me and give me purpose. I choose to no longer waste my energy stressing and worrying whether it’s ever going to happen. I trust it will happen when the time is right, and if it weren’t to happen, I’d be ok with that.
I initially created this list of beliefs for myself
Somewhere along my journey I realised that my negative and limiting thoughts and beliefs such as “When will it be my turn?” and “Is it ever going to happen for us?”, weren’t supporting my dream of becoming a Mum. When I became aware of this, I immediately knew I needed to work on this area, as I’m a big believer that your thoughts and energy create your reality.
I initially created this list of beliefs to support my own fertility and conception, and it continues to empower me to break my negative thought cycles, think more positively and as a result, I feel more accepting and appreciative about where I currently am.
I feel such a difference in my attitude, perspective and mood when I read this list regularly and choose empowering thoughts and beliefs, rather than accept my old limiting ones as truth. Working on my mindset and limiting beliefs allows me to feel so much better because the new empowering thoughts and beliefs help me relax, trust and have faith that it’s all going to work out, rather than think the worst and then worry, stress, and doubt if and when it will happen.
