Holding the vision of Becoming a Mum
A common message I hear when doing my Spirit Baby Readings, is “Please be patient. It’s going to happen, but right now is just not the right time.”
I personally know how hard this can be to hear, especially when you’ve been trying for years, but it’s an invitation for us to let go of control and trust that there’s a greater plan for us.
Sometimes we need a reminder that having a baby doesn’t just involve us, and that our journey is happening for us, despite it often feeling like the contrary.

5 Reasons You May NOT Achieve Your Goals This Year…
I’m guilty of failing to set goals, or setting goals but not achieving them in previous years. What I've done in the past hasn't been consistent with getting results, so I’m ready to try a new way.
If (like me) you’ve failed to set goals, or have set goals in the past and haven’t achieved them, let’s workshop this here and now, to avoid it happening again.

The Antidote for Infertility Shame
According to Brené Brown’s research, “Shame is the intensely painful feeling or experience of believing that we are flawed and therefore unworthy of love, belonging, and connection. Shame is the fear of disconnection. It’s the fear that something we’ve done or failed to do, an ideal that we’ve not lived up to, or a goal that we’ve not accomplished, makes us unworthy of connection. I’m unlovable. I don’t belong.”
So, what’s the antidote?

End of Year Reflection Ritual / 2024 Recap - Healing
At the end of the year, I love reflecting on what I’ve experienced, overcome, manifested and achieved, before diving straight into a fresh new year.
I’ve come to love the ritual of reflection, where I consciously reflect on the year that’s been, including the highs and the lows, and the in between, before moving ahead into a new year.
Here’s my 2024 recap.

My 2023 Reading List
Want to read more books this year? Me too.

6 Months Without Social Media
I recently took a few months off social media and loved it!
I found myself transported back to a simpler, more wholesome way of living and being, similar to my childhood, the days when I felt creative, alive, present, in awe and more carefree.
And so, I decided to say good bye for good and permanently leave the social media space, because the results of my recent hiatus speak for themselves…
I’m now happier, more creative and overall more fulfilled without social media.

Artist Date Ideas
During my first round of The Artist's Way, deciding on and fulfilling the weekly Artist Dates wasn't easy for me. I found myself putting it off, leaving it until the end of the week, where I'd then feel overwhelmed and panicked by the decision “what should I do?”.
Whether you’re doing The Artist’s Way or not, Artist Dates are a great way to invite more creativity, fun, play and joy back into your life and here are some of my own artist dates to get the ideas flowing.

My 2022 Reading List
At the beginning of last year I decided I wanted to make more time for reading, so I set myself a goal to finish 50 books in a year! The result? I didn’t reach 50, but I consumed 26 books (cover to cover).
So, here’s the list of books I read last year and my 6 favourites, ie. the ones that I enjoyed, couldn't put down and/or benefited from the most.

Remember why you’re here
It takes me a moment to catch on, but once I do, I suddenly regress back to behaving like a 6 year old girl and start throwing a tantrum.
“No, no, no. Please no!” I beg and weep, this time out loud, while shaking my head. Man, haven’t I vomited enough already?

Spirit Babies
I had a spirit baby reading with a Spirit Baby Medium named Belle (who I’ll link down below!) I absolutely LOVE talking about this kind of stuff, so I felt called to share about it here while it’s still fresh. Who knows, perhaps this is pure divine intervention by my spirit babies and your spirit babies - aka the babes of the Mum’s who will end up reading this.

The #1 Belief that Holds us Back
Ever wondered why others seem to be living their best life, but you’re not?
Throughout my 20s I asked myself this question A LOT! I couldn’t figure out why it was so hard to pay off my $6,000 credit card debt, or why the relationship with the man I loved always seemed to be on the rocks, or why I always seemed unsatisfied in my jobs, or why I could never seem to make decent money in my business.
After years of me doing personal development and healing work, I eventually started to see some answers.
